Thursday 31st May 2012 – Parliament Street Launch and Diamond Jubilee Party

On Thursday 31st May 2012, Parliament Street held its Launch Party which designed to coincide with celebrations for the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee.

The launch was a great success with just over 100 people attending at St. Stephen’s Club, Westminster. Thank you for everyone who came along and made it a splendid evening.

Craig Rimmer, Deputy Chairman, gave the loyal toast to HM Queen Elizabeth II and then followed with a speech setting out that Parliament Street wishes to attract forward thinking research from its membership base to help the Conservative Party win future elections.

Patrick Sullivan, Chairman, spoke on the need to be more supportive of the current government and David Cameron in particular and stated that we wished to differentiate ourselves from those that are constantly attacking the Party leadership. Patrick invited those that wanted to get involved in organising or writing research or articles to get in touch with us.
