On Tuesday 6th October 2015, Parliament Street held it’s Annual Conference Drinks and this
year, added Karaoke to the mix. The event, which took place in the spacious Victoria Suite of the Midland Hotel, lasted over 3 and half hours with over 300 people in attendance.
Speakers for the evening included the Rt. Hon. Dr. Liam Fox MP who kicked off the proceedings with an insightful look at the issues effecting global security.
Many prominent guests were there for Dr. Fox’s speech including the New Zealand High Commissioner, Sir. Lockwood Smith.
Later on in the evening the Chairman of the Party Conference, Steve Bell popped in to say a few words and thank Parliament Street for all it’s hard work in stimulating the political discussion.
Andrew Rosindell MP kicked off our third hour with a brief speech about the upcoming EU referendum.
Soon after the Karaoke started with many guests doing great but hilarious disservice to many classic songs.
We would like to thank all who participated and our speakers for making it such a memorable evening.
