Dr Peter Hill joined Parliament Street as Director of Policy in 2017.
He is Senior Lecturer in Strategic Management at St. Mary’s University, Twickenham, where his research focuses on welfare and labour market issues, especially how public and social policy is evaluated. Dr Hill has previously taught at Royal Holloway, King’s College London, Warwick, Roehampton, Bradford and BPP Universities. His teaching interests are spread across strategy, public and social policy, economics, and project management. He is a former Unitary Authority and Town (Parish) Councillor for Bracknell Forest, a founder Partner of Hügel Learning LLP, and sits on various public, private and charitable boards.
Dr Hill is a Fellow of the Association for Project Management (FAPM) and a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (SFHEA).
