Parliament Street in Get Reading

Following the news that Bracknell MP Dr. Phillip Lee has seen his Twitter following grow from 787 in September in 2012 to 3,064 in the same month this year, Parliament Street’s Steven George-Hilley was quoted in Get Reading extolling the merits of Twitter in public life.

Steven George-Hilley, director of technology, Parliament Street said: “Social media is now a defining feature of modern society, influencing every aspect of life.

“By using social sites like Twitter, MPs can build trust with the electorate and engage the next generation in the political process.”
