Sold out well in advance, our much-anticipated US Presidential Election Night Party was a resounding success. We were joined by over four hundred guests and a number of MPs, and members of our team spent the day and night talking to press from around the world, providing preamble, live updates and reactions to the remarkable events of the night.
We had journalists and TV crews from the USA, China, Canada and France, as well as the UK, present at our event, filming live, taking comments and recording interviews for news segments across the world.
By the time the results were announced, the Parliament Street team and our event had gained coverage in Talk Radio, The Press Association, The Evening Standard, the International Business Times, London Live, Canada’s Global News, Agence France Presse, and Hong Kong’s Phoenix TV, as well as the Metro, City AM and The Spectator.
Yahoo News even claimed that we were hosting “the biggest night in London”.
